Called a gentleman answered the phone had some questions about my severe tooth pain I’m currently experiencing the website still says that they’re open. He says that they closed early cause of people canceled. he then goes on to say you well you should’ve called earlier. Well maybe it wasn’t hitting yet and note YOUR WEBSITE SAYS OPEN. And he immediately hangs up the phone before you can continue to talk with him. Fix your website if you don’t want people calling your emergency number for “emergency” when you have it there for this exact reason. And don’t hang up on people when they’re being nice to you highly unprofessional.

Dr. Jay answered immediately on a Sunday and worked with me to figure out my insurance and gave me advice based on pictures I sent him. He was willing to do the work within a few hours. I decided to go with someone closer to me, but I appreciated his quick response and help.

I’ve been coming to Dr. Jay for multiple years. He’s the best dentist I’ve ever been to. He’s very knowledgeable and more then fair with pricing. Seeing how expensive things are nowadays I wouldn’t be able to afford dentistry at a lot of different dentist offices. Finding him has been a godsend for me. Dr. Jay is a dentist that you can trust when it comes to technique, knowledge and value making an appointment with him is a no-brainer. I would personally recommend him to anyone, including my own loved ones.

When my 8-year-old son got hit in the face while roughhousing with his older brother, his front adult tooth was badly dislocated. I called Doctor Jay late, desperate to get him seen as soon as possible. Even though his Sunday schedule was completely booked, he responded right away and offered to open early just to help us. Within an hour, my son’s tooth was back in place and looks like it’s been saved. He was incredibly kind, transparent about pricing, and went above and beyond for us when we needed it most. We still have follow-up work ahead, but thanks to him, we might avoid an extraction or implant entirely. I can’t say enough good things about his professionalism and care. Thank you, Doctor Jay — you truly saved the day. Highly recommend!

Here are some pictures of Dr. JAY Office. He is a very friendly, professional, clean, knowledgeable person in his field. I have been coming here since 2011, and never had insurance. Dr. Jay gaves out discounts to the non insurance patience. Also keep telling me new thing to do with my teeth to keep them healthy.
